Certain Treplus Communities are intended for adults age 55 and older and operate in accordance with applicable federal and state housing laws, including the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA), where applicable.
Eligibility requirements are verified during the leasing process and not through this Site.

All content on this Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, designs, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Treplus Communities and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
