THE HOMES WE BUILD

Treplus apartment homes offer residents all the perks of a spacious, modern home, without the constraints of homeownership—maintenance, repairs, lawn care and property taxes are all included. Our single-story homes are designed with open layouts, 13’ ceilings and abundant windows, creating bright and airy interiors. One and two-bedroom homes offer ample space and storage, with walk-in closets, kitchen pantries, dens, laundry rooms, attached garages and private patios. Our award-winning homes are well-appointed with high-end finishes and thoughtfully designed features throughout.

THE COMMUNITIES WE CREATE

Treplus offers residents more than a neighborhood. Communities are created for social engagement and active adult living, offering a walkable, neighborhood feel centered around The Commons, the heart of the community. At The Commons, residents have access to a professional fitness center, co-working space, billiards and bourbon lounge, community kitchen, outdoor patio, community gardens and more. Throughout the month, The Commons hosts a wide variety of events where neighbors can connect and socialize.

The RESIDENTS We Serve

While every resident is unique, we do see some predominant trends among Treplus residents. Our residents are typically 55 years of age or older and are invested and engaged in their local community. They want to remain close to their established support and social networks, while downsizing their homes and ridding themselves of the financial and physical responsibilities associated with homeownership.

Our Land Criteria

Treplus Communities is seeking optimally located development and construction sites throughout the Midwest with the following criteria as a guide:

  • 20 to 30-acre site with allowable density of 6 du/acre

  • Near shopping, dining, health care and wellness, active recreational amenities, trails, parks and community services

  • 55+ population in excess of 15,000 in the near vicinity

  • Relatively flat topography with utilities nearby

  • Partner in a multi-use planned district is desirable
