Land Development Criteria

Treplus Communities is seeking optimally located development and construction sites in Midwestern states for active adult communities with the following criteria as a guide:

  • 15+ acre site near active recreational amenities, trails, parks, community services
  • Zoned multifamily or has the ability for an active adult use at a density of 6 du/ac
  • Infrastructure and utilities available to site
  • Suburban infill sites or part of master planned communities and residential development projects
