Treplus Communities will engage in business practices that promote in a responsible manner the long-term well-being of the environment, the communities, and clients and customers we serve; this is done by applying our core values, supporting charities within the communities, and partnering with organizations to provide clean and environmentally conscious real estate solutions.
As Treplus grows as a company and we grow our communities, we remain committed to maintaining the highest of ethical standards, diversity and remaining an ideal corporate citizen.
We do this by living our core values: taking responsibility for the quality we bring, delivering client and resident satisfaction, demonstrating leadership as a company and as individuals, acting with integrity in all we do, valuing our people, and regarding our community and business partners as essential team members.
Every employee of Treplus Communities is accountable and applies a daily work ethic to earn the trust of our customers and investors by meeting expectations of ethical and responsible behavior.
Charities and Partners
Gracehaven is a charity Treplus leadership have supported for more than a decade. Partner Geoffrey Arthur has been on the Board of Gracehaven for over 10 years. Gracehaven was founded to care for the growing number of victims of domestic minor sex trafficking. Gracehaven employs a comprehensive approach; community collaboration, prevention education and awareness, intervention training, and survivor care and support.
Survivor Care and Support: Gracehaven provides comprehensive trauma informed case management to current victims and a variety of group therapies for at-risk populations through partnerships with organizations such as Columbus City Schools, Huck House, YWCA, and the Franklinton County Juvenile Detention Center. In August 2015, Gracehaven also opened a licensed therapeutic residential facility solely for minors who are victims of sex trafficking.
Treplus has also been a proud sponsor of Gracehaven’s Over the Edge event since 2018. In addition to monetary sponsorship, our staff volunteers and participates with other organizations, taking the leap that rappels them 330 feet down the Chase Tower in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio. Ohio State University Medical Center
Treplus Communities gives to Ohio State Wexner Medical center to allow them to continue improving lives and give patients more healthy outcomes.
Treplus is partnering with plugsmart , applying the property assessed clean energy (PACE) model to our construction development projects: The PACE model is an innovative mechanism for financing energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements on a property. PACE is a tax-assessment based financing mechanism originating from the Department of Energy.
Treplus follows the Department of Energy’s Best Practice Guidelines for Residential PACE Financing Programs (published Nov. 18, 2016), applying practices that help our construction development team implement improvements that effectively deliver home energy and related upgrades at all our properties.
Treplus builds these clean energy improvements into each of our apartment communities. To maintain our clean energy footprint, the energy consumption is monitored, verifying that energy savings are persistent for the environment and community.
