Valerie Kolbus joined Treplus Communities as a Leasing Consultant in 2019, and now has returned as the Lifestyle Coordinator.  She brings over 18 years in Catering Sales, Marketing and Food & Beverage Management, leading teams at some of the top Country Clubs around Central Ohio. In her new role, Valerie will be providing corporate support for socially engaging programming and events by partnering with the Resident Activities Committee (RAC) at all Central Ohio and Dayton locations. Social engagement is a key amenity for the 55+ Active Adult Residents, and with Valerie’s history and personality she will sure make a difference in the lives of our residents. She will also provide marketing and social media support to maintain the company’s brand as a luxury lifestyle solution.
