Ryan Herchenroether

VP of Land Acquisition and Development

Ryan Herchenroether joined Treplus Communities as the VP of Land Acquisition and Development in December of 2023. He joins the organization with more than a decade of experience in real estate development primarily focused on senior housing with emphasis on zoning, due diligence, entitlements, feasibility and project management. He has a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and attended Baruch College Zicklin School of Business for real estate. Ryan will be actively engaged in developing new active adult communities in target markets for Treplus Communities.
