Karen McConkey

Director of Marketing

Karen McConkey joined Treplus Communities as the Director of Marketing in April of 2024. She holds her BSD in Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University and has spent nearly 15 years in marketing, leading brand, creative, marketing and advertising. Her experience spans both B2B and B2C organizations in numerous industries—including real estate, restaurant, skincare, specialty food and beverage, online and brick-and-mortar retail and consulting. Prior to joining Treplus, she been part of award-winning multifamily real estate brands, such as Lifestyle Communities and, most recently, LINK Property Management where she served as Director of Brand and Marketing for the past 5 years. In her role with Treplus, she’ll be actively engaged in developing strategies that help build the brand and foster connection with new and existing residents.
