David Ward

Dave Ward joined Treplus Communities as the CFO with more than two decades of finance, accounting, real estate, and construction experience.  Ward is a graduate of Miami University and brings an entrepreneurial spirit,  leadership, and knowledge in all phases of real estate development and financial management. As a member of the executive team, he will lead operational and finance initiatives to drive growth for a luxury brand of multi-family properties designed for active adults age 55+. Dave joins Treplus Communities from The Daimler Group, Inc. where he was most recently SVP of Finance & Asset Management.
