Treplus Communities is Redefining 55+ Living! We are seeking a ROCKSTAR Lifestyle Coordinator/Marketing professional to join our corporate team. Social engagement is a key amenity for 55+ Active Adult Living and your creativity, attitude, and leadership will make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a brand ambassador, this role will be organized and enthusiastic while executing on key events.

Key Requirements/Skills:

•    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
•    Knowledge of principles and processes for delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
•    Communication skills to inform and entertain in both written and oral formats.
•    Technology skills for virtual program delivery and marketing platforms required.
•    Budgeting skills to manage event budgets and accounts payable activities.
•    Organizational skills to plan events, collaborate, and manage people resources along with third-party vendors.
•    Coordination skills to confer with staff at the site on details.
•    Understanding of active adult living as a lifestyle solution for housing.
•    Familiarity with fair housing compliance is important but, not required.
•    Flexibility in scheduling will be required to execute daytime, weekend, and evening events.
•    Willingness to travel frequently between locations by car.

Responsibilities:

•    Maintain brand integrity across property sites for all events, signage, and communications including social media.
•    Consult with Community Directors (CD) to schedule, plan, and promote marketing events and resident programs (including Wellbeats) as well as plan, source supplies, and execute them.
•    Research and gather information to develop promotional print materials.
•    Manage monthly events calendar for all properties to update digital display boards.
•    Assist and attend corporate marketing events including Downsize Columbus.
•    Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs.
•    Execute live social media events including Facebook Live.
•    Provide support to the CD to develop and interact with Resident Activities Committee. (RAC)
•    Assist with LiveChat, as needed.
•    Administrative tasks as assigned.

The expected work schedule is 40 hours per week, which includes evenings and weekends.
