Treplus Communities is excited to announce participation in the 2019 BIA Fall Tour of Homes at three Central Ohio locations for two weekends on Saturday and Sunday, September 7th and 8th, and 14th and 15th, from 11 a.m. to 5 pm.

The BIA Tour of Homes is the largest open house in Central Ohio and attracts diverse buyers to tour by offering a wide range of properties based on price, location, style, and those for rent or sale. This event features something for everyone.
Properties include new apartments, homes, condos patio homes, and models offering by BIA builder members.
The BIA Parade of Homes has been wowing hundreds of thousands of visitors for over 67 years via its tour of homes featuring the latest and greatest in-home design and decor. Each year, Central Ohio's premier builders showcase their homes, offering Parade guests the opportunity to experience the most current trends firsthand. BIA Members will continue this tradition, working to bring even more innovation to the housing industry.
