Treplus CEO & Co-Founder to Speak at Senior Housing Business Webinar

Senior Housing Business Webinar

Jane Arthur Roslovic, CEO & Co-Founder of Treplus Communities will speak at a live Senior Housing Business webinar broadcast on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 2-3 PM EDT. The session is titled "Lead Generation Lessons from Active Adult Communities: How Senior Housing Operators Can Convert Leads At A Lower Cost."

Generally speaking, owners and operators in the active adult/55+ space are able to convert resident leads at a lower cost per acquisition than the rest of the seniors housing continuum -- Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Life Plan or CCRC communities. Some of this has to do with the fact rents and amenities provided in the active adult segment are lower than the rest of senior living, but other factors are at play. Is there an opportunity for seniors housing marketers to take notes from the active adult census playbook?

This webinar will help you learn more about this timely topic along with the following discussion points:

  • How to Drive Qualified Leads to Engage with Your Community
  • Detailed Data On Average Response Rates to Successful Marketing Campaigns
  • Consumer Behavior Data Connected to Multi-Channel Lead Generation Approach

Senior Housing Speakers

Webinar panelists include Jane Arthur Roslovic, Managing Partner, TrePlus Communities; Julie Podewitz, Chief Sales Officer, Vitality Living; Debbie Howard, CEO and Founder, Senior Living Smart; Kelly Blaskowsky, Chief Operating Officer, Capstone Real Estate Services; and the moderator, Valerie Whitman, VP, Health Services Division, LeadingResponse.
