Bio for Stephanie Murphy
Stephanie Murphy joined Treplus Communities as the Director of Property Management in November of 2019 with more than 20 years of residential property management, association management, construction, and business development experience. She was promoted to Vice President of Property Management in September of 2021. Murphy attended the Columbus College of Art and Design and is a licensed realtor. Stephanie brings extensive experience in multi-site properties with her most recent role where she was responsible for overseeing more than 10,000 residential units. As a member of the executive team, she will lead a dynamic team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance technicians to deliver a luxurious customer experience. Stephanie joins Treplus Communities after serving as the Vice President of Association Management for the past ten years at Borror Properties.
