Managing Partner for Treplus Communities Will Serve as Faculty at Interface Active Adult Conference

Seniors Housing Business magazine and the InterFace Conference Group will host InterFace Active Adult: A to Z on the Hottest Trend in Seniors Housing August 4th at the Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas.  This is the industry's first in-person conference devoted entirely to the active adult /55+ niche which is the largest and fastest growing segment in today's renter landscape and will likely remain as such for the next two decades. The event will combine high-level education and market information along with networking opportunities.

Jane Arthur Roslovic will serve as a panelist for a session titled "The Challenges and Opportunities, in Leasing, Marketing & Operating Active Adult Properties.   Jane will be joined on the panel by Jackie Rhone, Executive Director, Real Estate Active Adult, Greystar; Kelly Blaskowsky, Chief Operating Officer, Capstone Real Estate Services; Jane Arthur Roslovic, Managing Partner, Treplus Communities; Hugh Cobb, Principal, Asset Living; Jeff Arnold, Chief Operating Officer, United Group of Companies;
and Moderated by Valerie Whitman, VP, Senior Living, Leading Response.

About Jane Arthur Roslovic

Jane has been in the real estate investment business as a managing member of Treplus Communities since 2012. Since then, Jane and her partners have identified and acquired 478 multifamily units and secured $100+ million in financing. In addition, they have developed and built 6 Active Adult Communities in Dublin, Pickerington, Delaware, Grove City, Westerville and Centerville, Ohio.  Treplus Communities was awarded the Gold 2019 NAHB Best 55+ Market Rate Rental Community, the Silver NAHB Innovation Award in 2020 and a finalist in the 2019 CBUS Top Picks for Best 55+ Apartments.  She spoke at the 2021 Senior Living 100 conference on “Pursuing the Active Adult Opportunity”.

Jane has served on the board of Broad Street Financial Company, Treplus’ sister company, since 2007.  In early 2019, Jane also became a National Association of Home Builders CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) Specialist. She also serves on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee for the Central Ohio BIA.  She is a member of the 55+ Housing Industry Council Board of Trustees and the NAHB Ideas Joint Working Group.  She is the Builder Vice-President of the BIA for Central Ohio. Jane is a member of Women Presidents Organization Local and Platinum Chapter VIII and The Urban Land Institute.
Jane started her career in 1987, managing over 500 multifamily apartments as well as developing $10 million in residential real estate. In addition, Jane acquired, managed, increased the value of and subsequently sold a small manufacturing business. She has served on the Boards of Trustees for the following Central Ohio organizations: Columbus School for Girls, Urban Growth, Franklin Park Conservatory and the Charles Kleibacker Fund at The Columbus Museum of Art.
