Treplus Communities is ready to redefine 55+ active adult living in a new community in Grove City, Ohio at Sugar Maple Commons. A Groundbreaking Ceremony is planned for Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 3:00 PM for this new 105-unit active adult apartment community located on 21.08 acres south of Holton Road and west of Jackson Pike (State Route 104) at 5151 Sugar Maple Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123.

Guests are asked to arrive between 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM on May 19th at the Scioto Grove Metro Parks lodge located at 5172 Jackson Pike in Grove City for transport to the ceremony site. A hospitality reception will be held following the ceremony at the lodge.  A Proclamation will be presented by the Honorable Richard L. "Ike" Stage, Mayor of Grove City and remarks will be delivered by the Co-Founders and Leadership of Treplus Communities, Jon Melchi, Executive Director of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio, and Shawn Conrad, Executive Director of the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce.
