A Fall Kickoff Event will be held at Burr Oak Commons, a Treplus Community on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Treplus Communities is redefining 55+ living at the property located at SR 37 and Houk Road in Delaware, Ohio. Burr Oak Commons is currently pre-leasing single-story, luxury apartments and plans to begin moving in new residents in September of 2019. The beautiful, energy-efficient units feature attached garages, Universal Design, lots of natural light, and storage galore. Andrew Waters sax player Columbus OhioOn Sunday, August 25th, an open house will be held from 1:00-4:00 PM and guests will be able to tour the model and Commons building. Entertainment will be provided from 1:00-3:00 PM by veteran performer, Andrew Waters Jazz Sax. Waters has performed for more than 25 years and shared the stage with numerous talented artists including Kenny G, Everette Harp, Pieces of a Dream, Kim Waters, and many others!  He is a virtuoso of soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones including flute, and EWI (electric wind instrument). He entertains audiences with many styles of music including classical, jazz, rhythm and blues, and funk.

Register for a drawing for two tickets to the September 7th Ohio State Football game

Guests of the event will be able to register for a drawing for two tickets to the September 7th Ohio State Football game with Cincinnati. 

Burr Oak Commons will include 92 residential units comprised of 5 floorplans that incorporate designer finishes found in an upscale, single-family homes. The property is located near the Delaware Community Plaza that is home to many shops, restaurants, and services.
