Valentine's Day week is a great time to celebrate and show appreciation for those you care for, appreciate, and love. In every Treplus Community, we are celebrating our wonderful communities of active adult residents from February 13th to 17th every day. The full calendar of events is shown above and we would love for anyone who is considering living in a community that is maintenance-free with socially engaging activities to join in the fun!
Why Active Adult Living?
Active adult living is a lifestyle solution that is no longer just found in the southern or southwest part of the United States. It is available here in the Midwest at locations in Central Ohio. After age 55, active adults place more importance on belonging to a community, living in a low-maintenance environment, access to unique amenities that support a higher quality of life, and being able to enjoy social activities with friends and neighbors. It is a great way to build social capital and live 55+ better!
Why Now?
Real estate and housing took a turn with higher interest rate increases impacting historically low inventory across all segments of the market in 2022. Post-pandemic demand continues as the 55+ demographic continues to maintain a close connectivity to family while simplifying their lifestyle and returning to more “normal” social engaging activities. Now is the time to enjoy life and not have the responsibilities of home ownership that include mowing the lawn or shoveling snow.
